• Return/Exchange Window: Within 4 days of delivery
• Eligible Products: Most products except those listed below (see Non-Returnable Items)
• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact
• Method: Submit return/exchange requests via WhatsApp or Form only
• Return Shipping: Paid by customer

❌ Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene, personalization, and safety, the following cannot be returned:

• Innerwear and Lingerie
• Beauty and Personal Care products
• Health and Wellness items
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
• Customized or personalized products
• Bulk or corporate orders

🔁 Replacement Policy

• Replacement available only for damaged, defective, or wrong items
• Must be reported within 4 days
• Proof (images/videos) must be shared via WhatsApp/Form

💸 Refund Policy

• Refunds processed only for items eligible under return rules
